Padilla Advisory Group was founded to bring tax, corporate and wealth expertise together in one firm.
From Miami we serve clients across the United States, Latin America and Europe, and coordinate an ecosystem of specialized companies that carry out each part of the plan.

Victor leads each PAG client's strategy and coordinates its execution within the group. His practice brings together U.S. and international tax, corporate structuring and representation before the IRS.

- A federal license granted by the IRS that authorizes representation of taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states.
- NTPI Fellow®
- Advanced training in IRS representation from the National Tax Practice Institute.
- Certified Taxpayer Representative™ (CTR™)
- A specialized certification in representing taxpayers before the IRS in controversies, audits and collections.
- Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA)
- An IRS-authorized agent who certifies documents for ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) applications.
